Bought this for my 18 month old son. He loves it. He is not tall enough to reach the pedals yet - but he puts his feet on the centre foot plate comfortably. The parent control steering is a bonus. One tiny gripe is that it doesn't have one of those saftey wrist straps on the parent handle - so don't let go until you get one (seen them on ebay for $11.00)
