The incredibly realistic Mack Granite Side Loading Garbage Truck by Bruder® is an awesome truck that is truly the king of the road. With it's shiny 'chrome' looking mirrors, fuel tank, famous front grill and other irresistible features, contrast beautifully with the burgundy-red colour of the truck. While the front of the truck is the 'engine room' of this amazing vehicle, the action (and fun) is located at the back.
The large body and mechanical side loading arm are perfectly engineered to grab garbage bins and then tip them upside-down into its holding tank. When the bin is emptied of it's garbage, it is then returned back on to the nature strip and the mechanical is then retracted, ready to continue it's journey to the next bin. The two worm extruders can be used to push the garbage towards the back of the garage truck. Once the truck is full of refuse, the tailgate can be opened and then tilted to allow its contents to slide out.

The cost to deliver your order, no matter the size or weight, anywhere within Australia is $14.99 including packing & handling. It's called a 'Flat-Rate' shipping fee, and it's the most you will pay for any size order, regardless of your geographical location within Australia. And the best part of all, it's a door-to-door service which not only affordable, but convenient too!
Delivery Times
Australia is a large country geographically which means transit times can vary significantly from one location to the next. Deliveries can take anywhere between 1 and 10 days, or even more to places like Christmas Island and other similar remote areas. All orders are packed and despatched from our Ravenhall (Melbourne-based) warehouse so if the order is urgent, please consider the distance your order is required to travel prior to order placement.
Same Day Despatch
For same-day despatch, orders must be placed and paid for prior to 12:00 pm (local Melbourne time or AEST). This excludes weekends, public holidays, and peak periods during the October, November & December months.

Return Policy 
Bruder make the toughest toy trucks available! My son has 3 of them! My 7 year old son and his 1 year old brother play together and the 1 year old takes the side loader to the limit, its practically indestructible! Great Toy and a detailed replica.

I have the Burgundy Mack side-loading Garbage Truck and am writing this after viewing videos. There is a tiny triangular clip no one mentions that really is the part that grabs the containers not the side bars. The owner must get this clip in the right position to have the lift work properly. It is a lot more fun when it operates correctly. What I would like to know concerns the four brackets found on top of the bin which have tiny holes. It seems there is a reason for them to be a part of the design but if the grill screen grate must rotate up and down to cover the opening in the side of the container then whatever would go on top and attach to the four brackets would not allow the grill screen grate to function. One of the videos shows a young boy who has marked his truck completely with black felt marker. This is horrible as this truck is an expensive collectible especially since the Mack truck has been discontinued. If anyone reads this comment 10% acne cream and several applications will clear off the black marker. Also any parts lost can be replaced using the parts on-line or by phone. The people at Bruder are very helpful. I have five of their products and all have been rebuilt to new. Also I noticed no one is using a clever idea and that is to use broken Lego bits. Just take time to make a batch not to small and not to large and it is fun again.
