Toy Review: We had difficulties with this. The first one was faulty and no audio happening. Took it back to shop, they tested it and found it to be faulty. Replaced with another and similar issues occurred. Sometimes would work sometimes not and could only go through cycle once and not repeat till next night.
Think this is great idea but definite design problems

Toy Review: This toy is NOT for children. We purchased 4 at considerable cost for our wedding for our children to use at the ceremony and to keep them occupied at the reception. I would not recommend them. They truly do have to be kept in an upright position AT ALL TIMES. One leaked all over the restaurants carpet. One did not work at all and the other two if even shifted from their upright position slightly proceeded to leak, alot, all over the place. Great idea, but no where near worth the money.

Fisher Price - Musical Tea Set
Toy Review: "magical poring sounds" are merely weird electronic beeps. The 'music' is also just high-pitched beeps trying make out an out-of-tune version of Polly Put The Kettle On. This toy seems very dated because of this short-coming and I am disappointed enough to consider returning it.

Little Tikes - My Real Digital Camera - Pastel
Toy Review: The camera is well built with big buttons in bright colours. However, the picture quality is extremely poor. It does not focus very well - most pictures are blurred. It operates extremely poorly in low light conditions (anything not bright sunlight). The shutter lag is very long. The flash overexposes almost every picture it is used with. My 4-year-old daughter is shattered, so we gave her our compact instead. Not recommended at all.

Crayola Colour Explosion Glow Board
Toy Review: I recieved this toy for my son's birthday and really found it a waste of money. They use the markers to draw on the screen and then you press a button to make it glow. Not that exciting at all. Then to wipe off the image you need a tissue or an old cloth, this can get very messy. I think the good old magna doodle is far superior!!! The image on the box is by far much better than the end result.

Magnetix - 60 Piece MagnaBase Bars Triangles and Squares
Toy Review: I've just seen an horrific x-ray of an American 8 yr old who allegedly thought that the metal parts of a magnetix set were sweets. I had no such problems with my 4 yr old daughter. Under my supervision, she played in many interesting and surprising ways (for example playing doctors and nurses with squares and triangles with one ball on each as their heads). She clearly liked the obvious metallic shinyness and heaviness of the balls, and their obvious magnetism. Doing magnetix on a common tinplate tray added a magnetic baseplate with a rim, such that all parts were contained and easy to clear up completely when finished. Only a person who has never played with metal could get mixed up like that poor American. Lets' not allow a one off unfortunate to prohibit everyone else from doing good things (which are safer than crossing the road) with this great toy.

Fisher Price - Kid Tough Digital Camera - For Boys
Toy Review: Our 3 year old can't get enough of his new camera. It's been dropped several times and doesn't miss a beat. The picture quality is what you'd expect for this sort of toy but we were still pleasantly surprised. It's so easy to use we haven't even read the instructions yet. Would recommend it to any child who loves taking photos on mummy and daddy's digital camera. Was a worthwhile investment! Buttons are easy to press and you can see the photo in the screen straight away. No delay in between pressing button and taking photo. Would buy again.

Little Ripperz - Super Gliderz
Toy Review: Fantastic. My 8yo and 6yo have not stopped playing with this. It crash lands with no damage. The foam isn't peeling or dented in anyway and my boys have flown it into tree tops and smashed it onto the bitumen road. These planes still look like new. So easy for kids to launch and it glides, loops and curves around before landing. My 6yo aims it straight at his 8yo brother (close range to the head and face especially) and it doesn't cause any injury to the child or plane.

Toy Review: This product is a Number 1 hit with the my kids (ages 6-12). It keeps them entertained for hours. The 12 year old especially loves making her sisters and friends names out of the beads. I can make some suggestions for others as my children and I have become experts on the product since we play every day.
HOW TO SPRAY
To spray the beads you should hold the spray bottle approx 4 inches away from your design. Spray the design until there is a small amount of water inbetween each bead - approx 4-5 times.
DRYING TIME
To test if the beads are dry try touching the top of the beads to see if they are still sticky. Remove the beads from the tray once beads are dry.
SUGGESTIONS
* To make sure the beads do not fall apart, we also spray the back of the design and wait for them to dry. This gives us designs that are always stuck together.
* I would not recommend pulling the beads apart and putting into the pen as this is when the beads get jammed in the pen.
GOOD LUCK and keep persisting as there is unlimited fun with Bindeez.

Toy Review: The National Geographic Walkie-Talkies that we received did not work. Most toy walkie-talkies have poor/faint audio quality, but these ones did not work at all. The call button does nothing, and the audio channel gives only static. Luckily Online Toys Australia replaced them with a different toy of my son's choice. Great company!

Genuine Rubik's Cube 3X3
Toy Review: We bought a Rubik's Cube when it first came out and was all the rage in the 80's. We still have it today and it works perfectly. The only unfortunate thing about the cube is that no-one in our household has ever managed to solve more than one colour, even after all these years (maybe we're just not terribly bright). But if you're thinking on buying one, this is the one to get (cheap copies don't turn too well apparently).

Toy Review: We purchased one of these Airzooka's from Online Toys about a week ago for our son who was after one for months. Personally, I couldn't understand what all the fuss was about until it arrived at our door. My sone virtually destroyed the box in a frantic attempt to get at the contents. With everything assembled and ready to go, who should be in the firing line? Yours truly! The thing that stuck me most was speed and volume of rushing air this thing was able to create! It really messes up your hair! About an hour later I was busy washing dishes when my son snuck up behind me and fired a shot of air, at close range, that hit me on the back of my head. Because I wasn't expecting it I naturally reacted in fright. It must have been one of the scariest moments of my life! I had no idea what had happened as this 'gush' of air hit me from out of the blue. We both laughed about it later (I just cant wait to do the same to him). A great toy. We love it!

Crazy Harry Drinking Bird
Toy Review: This drinking bird is amazing! Just when you think it wouldn't bob anymore, it just keeps going! The drinking bird brought me and my husband together - his eyes met my drinking bird from across the room (it was perched on my cocktail glass) and we susequently talked for hours. A year later, and we're happily married. We had drinking birds on all of the glasses at our wedding reception, and our guests could not have been more thrilled!!
Do yourself a favour and buy a drinking bird!!!!

Toy Review: I too was a little sceptical at first. Now, having seen it work, I can safely say that it does do what is claimed. And in case you were wondering how much water this bird drinks, it really doesn't drink any water at all. I think the reason why it dips its head into the water is to help change the temperature so the red liquid can react to it. It’s a great little novelty toy. I love it.

Toy Review: I bought this Crazy Harry Drinking Bird out of curiosity more than anything else. I had never seen this 'bird' before so I had no idea if it would work as described or not. So I opened the pack, poured water into the glass, dipped its head into the water and watched. The red liquid inside 'magically' began to rise like a thermometer and once it reached a certain height, the weight distribution made the head heavier than the tail causing the Crazy Drinking Bird to dip its beak into the water. The liquid then moved back into the tail causing the bird to tilt back vertically and the whole thing slowly repeated itself over and over. And it's true, so long as there is water in the glass, the bird will never stop doing this which is simply amazing! I now have this bird sitting in my office so whenever anyone enters the room, it usually ends up being a great 'ice' breaker to any conversation. The water will eventually evaporate so you will need to refill the glass from time to time.

Waterball SL175 - Single Launcher
Toy Review: My son loves it. He shoots just about anything with it (even himself). It also leaks a little but it seems to be designed that way as there is a sticker saying that this is normal. We also bought the ML100 a couple of weeks later for our younger son but they seem to prefer the ML175 becasue they don't seem to have to fill it up as often. The launcher has been dropped a couple of times and it still continues to work perfectly. Excellent toy.

Photomosaics - Lion - 1000 Piece Jigsaw Puzzle
Toy Review: Our kids are in love with anything African so we thought this Lion Photomosaic would be wonderful. WRONG! If you have kids younger than 12, don't even think about buying this puzzle. All the pieces look so similar that it took us almost the whole day just to complete the outer edge! So unless you have lots of time and patience, which neither I nor my kids have, then consider something less challenging. Otherwise, older kids may enjoy it and get to finish it too.

Toy Review: I bought the Zoingo Boingo toy for my daughter who has a friend with one too. She loves it! At first she struggled to get going because it's not as easy as it looks but like most kids her age, the learning was quick. Now they bounce around together having a great time. The toy seems very durable, especially if used on grass but it can also be used on concrete too. It's probably best used on grass just in case they fall. Highly recommend it. My daughters age is 9.
