Delivery Times
- Australia is a large country geographically which means transit times can vary significantly from one location to the next. Deliveries can take anywhere between 1 to 10 days, or even more to places like Christmas Island and other similar remote areas. All orders are packed and despatched from our Derrimut (Melbourne-based) warehouse so if the order is urgent, please consider the distance your order is required to travel prior to order placement.
Same Day Despatch
- For same-day despatch, orders must be placed and paid for prior to 12:00 pm (local Melbourne time or AEST). This excludes weekends, public holidays and peak periods during the October, November & December months.
Next-Day Delivery
- Urgent, next-day* deliveries are offered to specific areas of Australia by Australia Post. Delivery areas that are covered by the Express Post Network can be can be viewed here. Addresses situated outside of the Express Post network may still be ordered as 'Express Post' if quicker delivery times are needed, compared to standard shipping. * Please note that additional shipping fees will apply.
Order Collection/Pickup
- Orders may be collected from our warehouse (located at 180 Calarco Drive, Derrimut Victoria). Please remember to select "Warehouse P/U" as your shipping method at the checkout. This is a free service and you can usually collect your order from our warehouse within about an hour.
Very happy with the service, swift delivery, Item as I expected. The only problem I had was with my local Post Office as they never notified me for a week and except for the tracking ability I would not have known to contact them and ask what was going on. They said they had it there for several days. I would use Online Toys again at the drop of a hat. Thank you.
I bought these bins to go with Garbage truck for my grandson. I also had them gift wrapped and delivered directly to his house. This is itself was great and they turned up a couple of days after I ordered and well in time for his birthday. The bins were good and to date haven't broken even though the 3yo plays with them all the time. They were a good size for his hands as well. I have bought several things from this website and have never been disappointed with the delivery or the quality of the toys.
When you buy this item, enjoy! It is an extremely good product. Lucky Bruder makes spare parts and accessories, like this! This pack includes 3 wheelie bins, and a dumpster. The three wheelie bins work on the Bruder Side-Loader and Bruder Rear-Loaders. I use these with my RL and SL all the time! The dumpster only works on the Bruder Rear-Loader.
