The cost to deliver your order, no matter the size or weight, anywhere within Australia is $14.99 including packing & handling. It's called a 'Flat-Rate' shipping fee, and it's the most you will pay for any size order, regardless of your geographical location within Australia. And the best part of all, it's a door-to-door service which not only affordable, but convenient too!
Delivery Times
Australia is a large country geographically which means transit times can vary significantly from one location to the next. Deliveries can take anywhere between 1 and 10 days, or even more to places like Christmas Island and other similar remote areas. All orders are packed and despatched from our Ravenhall (Melbourne-based) warehouse so if the order is urgent, please consider the distance your order is required to travel prior to order placement.
Same Day Despatch
For same-day despatch, orders must be placed and paid for prior to 12:00 pm (local Melbourne time or AEST). This excludes weekends, public holidays, and peak periods during the October, November & December months.
Next-Day Delivery
Urgent, next-day* deliveries are offered to specific areas of Australia by Australia Post. Delivery areas that are covered by the Express Post Network can be viewed here. Addresses situated outside of the Express Post network may still be ordered as 'Express Post' if quicker delivery times are needed, compared to standard shipping. * Please note that additional shipping fees will apply.
Order Collection/Pickup
Orders may be collected from our warehouse (located at 2/65 Eucumbene Dr, Ravenhall Victoria). Please remember to select "Warehouse P/U" as your shipping method at the checkout. This is a free service, and you can usually collect your order from our warehouse within about an hour.

I was very impressed by the customer service. This is a quality toy. We own several toy drills and this is the best one.
My 3 1/2 year old grandson loves this Activity Center. I bought it for him after my daughter told me how much he enjoyed playing with one at his local Playgroup.
He has delayed global development and his fine motor skills need working on so this activity centre is perfect for that.
He is able to change the different 'drill bits' and can drill in the screws and remove them by adjusting the switch on the drill.
He is not up to making patterns yet but my daughter will work on that with him.
All in all a great product for both fun and therapy.
I purchased this for my sons 3rd birthday and he absolutely loves it.

GREAT toy for a little builder. I have noticed though that the drill decides to not work sometimes, keep trying and it will work again. Will keep an eye on this and if persists will contact company. Otherwise highly recommend. Will need to find or make a bag to put it all in to avoid loss of bits. Lost the screw driver but no doubt under the couch! LOL
