2020 Christmas Cut-Off Dates & Trading Hours

We strongly advise customers to place Christmas orders as early as possible to avoid any unexpected delays with deliveries. We have prepared this 2020 Christmas order cut-off guide to help customers better understand what are considered to be *safe* cut-off dates for Christmas deliveries in the lead up to Christmas in 2020.

Please note that cut-off times are based on the standard shipping option. Express Post *may* be an option worth considering for late orders. We strongly advise that customers choose the Express Post delivery option when placing orders past the cut-off date. If in doubt, call our store for advice or clarification.

Important: Whilst we will do everything we can to despatch your order in a timely manner, we cannot, however, accept responsibility for late deliveries by our carrier. This is something that is completely out of our control so please place your orders well in advance and take into account the large volume of parcels/freight that carriers need to move at this time of year. Delays are to be expected.

Also, please be aware that Online Toys Australia will take a short, well deserved break over the 2020 Christmas/Holiday period. Our store will close on Thursday 24th Dec 2020 from approximately 2:30pm, and we won't re-open until Monday 11th Jan 20210 at 9:30am. As a result, orders cannot be despatched during this time. Response to emails will be limited during this time.
