Online Toys Australia accepts many forms of payment when shopping for toys online. Such payment options include Credit Card (VISA, MasterCard, American Express), PayPal, Bank Deposit (EFT), Afterpay, ZipPay, and Cheque payments.
For any customers that prefer to pay by phone, our store can be contacted on any work day between 9:30 am and 5:00 pm. Just remember to select “Phone Payment” as your preferred payment method, while you are at the checkout. You will need to quote the order/invoice number when you call so please have it handy, so we can process your payment without delay.
Payments via Direct Deposit made from a Commonwealth Bank account usually appear on our bank statement almost immediately, however, payments involving other banking and financial institutions more often than not require an extra day or two to clear. We suggest that this payment method be avoided if orders are urgent.
Cheque payments can require three working days or more to clear. It is important to note that orders cannot be processed until payment has been cleared. Please keep this in mind when placing any urgent orders or when selecting the Express Post shipping option.
