I bought the Zoingo Boingo toy for my daughter who has a friend with one too. She loves it! At first she struggled to get going because it's not as easy as it looks but like most kids her age, the learning was quick. Now they bounce around together having a great time. The toy seems very durable, especially if used on grass but it can also be used on concrete too. It's probably best used on grass just in case they fall. Highly recommend it. My daughters age is 9.

For parents who is planning to buy this for their kids: be aware that the product description is misleading. IT IS NOT A POGO STICK. By looking at the picture, you see that boy holding the "thing" may look like a stick. It is NOT a stick. (Just ask yourself, if it were a stick, then how do they package it in a small square box? Is not the package supposed to be a rectangular shape to fit in the stick?)

- The stick they mention here is actually just a rubber/rope. In the picture, the boy is just stretching it at its full length so it looks like he is holding the stick to keep balance. This is TOTALLY MISLEADING!!

The bottom line is: there is no stick or handle to balance with. A kid will only have to jump on the rubber ball which is extremely difficult unless the kid is very well balanced. Even it is difficult for adults to balance.

- Also the instruction about inflating the ball is incorrect. If you use the measurement tool to inflate the rubber ball, it will simply be over inflated and chances are, the rubber ball will be burst.

Disadvantages: My initial understanding was (as per website reviews and description): a real pogo stick from Razor is difficult for a kid to learn. However this completely wrong. The real pogo stick (from Razor) is much easier than this stick-less rubber pogo stick. Because in real the pogo stick, you get to hold a stick to keep your balance.

Firstly I was impressed with the help from Michael when I needed help in ordering. Secondly, the swiftness on your side for the delivery. The order was not opened until Boxing Day when our triplet grandsons excitedly opened it. Our daughter took the first one from the box and the needle was placed right through the bladder of the ZP Pogo. The other two were fine. I tried to contact you over the Christmas break by phone and email. I decided to call yesterday 4th January, and once again spoke to Michael. He was so helpful. Today I received a call from Michael advising that I would be receiving a full replacement, and that it was on the way to processing delivery. Very impressed with the service.
