Shipping Charges:
Online Toys Australia ships all orders via Australia Post. Their fast and reliable service allows us to despatch orders anywhere in Australia and the rest of the world.
We have a flat shipping fee of $7.95 per order, to any destination within Australia, regardless of quantities ordered or their weights. We also offer
Express Post (at an additional charge) that guarantees next day-delivery* within the Express Post network.
Overseas destinations can be shipped via Airmail or Sea mail only.
Despatch Schedule:
For same-day shipping, orders must be placed by 10:00am*. Some orders, particularly those that have wrong or incomplete shipping information, may be delayed. Delays can also occur with declined credit cards, cheque, money order, and some Direct Deposit (EFT) payments. Important: Since all orders are fully insured for your protection, a signature is required upon delivery. As a result, requests to leave parcels in a designated area (when no-one is home) are often refused.

Online Toys Australia accept many different forms of payment including: Credit Cards (VISA, MasterCard), PayPal, EFT (otherwise known as Direct Deposit), Personal Cheques, Business Cheques, Bank Cheques, and Money Orders. We can also accept credit card payment over the phone for those customers who are reluctant to enter credit card details over the internet. Please keep in mind that while EFT payment made from a Commonwealth Bank account usually appears on our bank statement almost instantly. Payments involving other banks and financial institutions can take several hours or days. Cheque payments require 3 working days to clear.
