Online Toys Australia offers a flat-rate shipping fee of $7.95 per order, to any destination within Australia. We also offer Express Post (at an additional charge) that guarantees next day-delivery* within the Express Post network.
Our toy store offers same-day shipping for orders placed by 10am* (not applicable during the November & December months). Some orders, particularly those that have wrong or incomplete shipping information, may be delayed. Delays can also occur with declined credit cards, cheque, money order, and some Direct Deposit (EFT) payments. Collect your order from our warehouse after you buy toys online to save on shippings costs!
You are welcome to collect your order from our warehouse in Derrimut (located approximately 20km West of the Melbourne CBD) at any time during business hours (9am to 5pm M-F, excluding public holidays). However, there are a few things you need to keep in mind prior to the collection:
• While most orders are ready for collection within 1 hour or less, we advise customers to wait for a confirmation email to arrive first;
• Bring with you a copy of your order and suitable ID, particularly if your payment method was a credit card;
• If you had intended to buy toys using cheque, it will not be possible for you to collect your order until funds have cleared first, as this usually takes 3-4 days;
• Orders must be collected within two weeks, otherwise our store reserves the right to cancel the order without notice;
• Our warehouse location is 180 Calarco Drive, Derrimut, VIC 3030. Please remember to enter Calarco Drive via Australis Drive as there are two Calarco Drives in Derrimut.
Please keep in mind that, while it may be tempting to browse our toy shop upon your arrival, unfortunately this is not possible as we operate out of a warehouse that is not suitable for browsing. For example, we have no product pricing on our shelves, many of the products are hidden/stored inside boxes, tall racking prevents easy reach of products and forklifts that operate in the same area pose a danger to customers/visitors... It's always easier, and better, to simply browse our online toy store from the comfort of your home or office, buy toys online via our user-friendly website, and then have your order picked up if desired.
