We strongly advise customers to place Christmas orders as early as possible to avoid any unexpected delays with deliveries. We have prepared this 2023 Christmas order cut-off guide to help customers better understand what are considered to be *safe* cut-off dates for Christmas deliveries in the lead up to Christmas in 2023.

Important: Whilst our store will do everything we can to despatch your order in a timely manner, we cannot, however, accept responsibility for late deliveries by our carrier. Unfortunately, this is a matter that is completely out of our control, so please place your orders well in advance and take into account the large volume of parcels/freight that carriers need to deliver at this time of year. Delays should be expected.

Also, please be aware that Online Toys Australia will take a short, well deserved break over the 2023 Christmas/Holiday period. Our store will close on Friday 22th Dec 2023 from approximately 2:30pm, and we won't re-open until Tuesday 5th Jan 2024 at 9:30am. As a result, orders cannot be despatched during this time. Unfortunately, response to emails will be limited during this time.
