The cost to deliver your order, no matter the size or weight, anywhere within Australia is $15.99 including packing & handling. It's called a 'Flat-Rate' shipping fee, and it's the most you will pay for any size order, regardless of your geographical location within Australia. And the best part of all, it's a door-to-door service which not only affordable, but convenient too!
Delivery Times
Australia is a large country geographically which means transit times can vary significantly from one location to the next. Deliveries can take anywhere between 1 and 10 days, or even more to places like Christmas Island and other similar remote areas. All orders are packed and despatched from our Ravenhall (Melbourne-based) warehouse so if the order is urgent, please consider the distance your order is required to travel prior to order placement.
Same Day Despatch
For same-day despatch, orders must be placed and paid for prior to 12:00 pm (local Melbourne time or AEST). This excludes weekends, public holidays, and peak periods during the October, November & December months.
Next-Day Delivery
Urgent, next-day* deliveries are offered to specific areas of Australia by Australia Post. Delivery areas that are covered by the Express Post Network can be viewed here. Addresses situated outside of the Express Post network may still be ordered as 'Express Post' if quicker delivery times are needed, compared to standard shipping. * Please note that additional shipping fees will apply.
Order Collection/Pickup
Orders may be collected from our warehouse (located at 2/65 Eucumbene Dr, Ravenhall Victoria). Please remember to select "Warehouse P/U" as your shipping method at the checkout. This is a free service, and you can usually collect your order from our warehouse within about an hour.
Return Policy
The Scrabble Travel edition is great. We went camping last month in the Grampians (Vic) and took this game with us, just in case. We played it virtually every night and I have to say what a pleasure it was not having to worry that the tiles might fall off at the slightest bump. The raised grid fixed that. I definitely recommend it to anyone traveling with friends or family.
We HATE this version of so-called Travel Scrabble. This is not our first set of Travel Scrabble. Our earlier set was fun, easy to play with, was (importantly) small and is now lost (shame). The new one is very large, very cumbersome and the ridiculous letter storage system defies even the most ardent player. Bigger hands exacerbate the problem. We tried it once, got totally frustrated, returned it to its bag and there it has stayed. And will stay. A total waste of money. (Not your fault, but you did ask for our opinion of the product, not your service, which was fantastic.). We have our full-size set, which we use frequently. This piece of garbage is destined never again to see the light of day. Stupid.
terrible...is not for Travel at all. it is in a cardboard box, tiles are in a little plastic bag which will not last very long. Don't buy it
