We live in the country and find it difficult to get into our nearest town. Also even if we do get into town,there isn't the variety of toy products. Once it was sorted my grandson got it in 24 hours, marvellous service would highly recommend this company to anyone the best customer care I have had in a long time. Very impressed with the level of customer care, when I called customer care they were extremely helpful in finding out where my order was, and upon finding that star track had made an error they called them and had it set back on the correct path, subsequently arriving the same day. though they do need a larger range of Nerf, I will definitly buy from here again.

I ordered a toy on Thursday, paid by phone on Friday and received it in the mail on Monday. WOW! I had been searching for that particular toy for over a month. - one happy customer.
