I purchased a product through this company on amazon. They charged me additional money for an item they purchased from toys r us online and send to me but accidentally left the receipt showing what they paid. I also tried to cancel my order the same day I placed it since the item hadn’t shipped and they refused to cancel stating it had already been processed yet the item didn’t ship for a week later. Then to return the item, I have to pay for shipping charges. Also, the day after I received the item, they discounted the price by $15 and told me they don’t price match their own discount. Worst customer service ever!!!

I placed my order late Sunday night and it arrived on Tuesday morning, what a surprise. I don't live in the metro area so didn't expect to see it before the end of the week. My grand daughter is going to be so very excited when she opens this on Sunday for her birthday. Thanks for the great service.
