I purchased a product through this company on amazon. They charged me additional money for an item they purchased from toys r us online and send to me but accidentally left the receipt showing what they paid. I also tried to cancel my order the same day I placed it since the item hadn’t shipped and they refused to cancel stating it had already been processed yet the item didn’t ship for a week later. Then to return the item, I have to pay for shipping charges. Also, the day after I received the item, they discounted the price by $15 and told me they don’t price match their own discount. Worst customer service ever!!!

Most awseome online toyshop i have dealt with,,i could not have driven to the shop that quick,,fast post,,great service,,IMPRESSED, will be back for sure 🙂
