I couldn't have been happier with Online Toys. I ordered a jigsaw puzzle and was hesitant in dealing over the internet. I pushed through however and couldn't have been more pleasantly surprised at their professionalism, speed of delivery and communication. I will never again need to go driving for hours up and down the coast for the right puzzle, instead, I will come on here and order it and then just sit back and wait for it to be delivered to my door!! I am so impressed with this website and the service offered. From past experience, I have discovered that to order toys online from the US and have them delivered to Australia is impossible because of warranty issues. To buy toys and post them costs triple the cost of the toy! In desperation, I searched online and found this website. Through every step of the process, I received an e-mail telling me what was happening and four days after placing the order, it has been received in great condition. Thank you, you have just made it so much easier for me to send gifts from overseas.

I have been looking for a couple of toys since before Christmas and unable to find them anywhere online or in stores in the U.S. (unless I wanted to pay triple the price on eBay and Amazon). Not only did I find them at your site, they were also just a few cents more than retail price. Even with shipping costs included, I got a bargain compared to eBbay, Amazon, and others.
