A little about the family...:
• Father Ben Henry-Lloyd is a great fisherman. He started with his parents when he was a boy and now he has mastered all kinds of water-sports. His wife Pippa knows that he will spend morning, noon and night messing about on boats! If he can be persuaded onto dry land then he likes to play cricket.
• Mother Pippa Henry-Lloyd also learned how to sail with her parents. She enjoys boating and sailing competitions and she has taught her children that team work on board is essential so that they will all become very competent sailors. If Pippa has time to relax then she likes to cycle along the riverbank enjoying the views.
• Son Zac Henry-Lloyd is very enthusiastic about rowing and also about music, as well as being an accomplished sailor. He finds it hard to fit in all the practising required to master all his hobbies, if he could play a saxophone and row a boat the same time, now that would be very handy.
• Daughter Sarah Henry-Lloyd is very competitive and well organised, she enjoys regattas in the summer, in particular she enjoys the evening parties after the races are finished and the social side takes over. She loves to get dressed up and chat to her friends about the day's events!

Delivery Charges
The cost to deliver your order, no matter the size or weight, anywhere within Australia is $14.99 including packing & handling. It's called a 'Flat-Rate' shipping fee, and it's the most you will pay for any size order, regardless of your geographical location within Australia. And the best part of all, it's a door-to-door service which not only affordable, but convenient too!
Delivery Times
Australia is a large country geographically which means transit times can vary significantly from one location to the next. Deliveries can take anywhere between 1 and 10 days, or even more to places like Christmas Island and other similar remote areas. All orders are packed and despatched from our Ravenhall (Melbourne-based) warehouse so if the order is urgent, please consider the distance your order is required to travel prior to order placement.
Same Day Despatch
For same-day despatch, orders must be placed and paid for prior to 12:00 pm (local Melbourne time or AEST). This excludes weekends, public holidays, and peak periods during the October, November & December months.
Next-Day Delivery
Urgent, next-day* deliveries are offered to specific areas of Australia by Australia Post. Delivery areas that are covered by the Express Post Network can be viewed here. Addresses situated outside of the Express Post network may still be ordered as 'Express Post' if quicker delivery times are needed, compared to standard shipping. * Please note that additional shipping fees will apply.
Order Collection/Pickup
Orders may be collected from our warehouse (located at 2/65 Eucumbene Dr, Ravenhall Victoria). Please remember to select "Warehouse P/U" as your shipping method at the checkout. This is a free service, and you can usually collect your order from our warehouse within about an hour.
