• Angus McWalkies has a smallholding in the foothills of Sylvania where he lives with his family growing barley, oats, fruit and vegetables. Every Saturday morning the whole family goes to market with the week's produce loaded onto their cart. There is always a queue of eager customers waiting to buy his delicious wares.
• Muriel McWalkies is always very busy running the family home and helping Angus, her husband, in the fields, orchard and garden. She even finds the time to make jams, preserves, chutney, pies and breakfast cereals from her husband's abundant harvest of home grown produce.
• Hamish McWalkies loves to take long walks in the hills around his home, finding new plants and shrubs he can list in his 'I-spy wild flowers' notebook. His favourite find was a very tiny wild purple orchid which was one plant that his father had not discovered before him.
• Janet McWalkies wants to be a great poet and writer when she grows up. She spends hours scribbling notes and ideas in her ledger. No great works as yet, she is still very young after all, but a field of daffodils and a sky full of drifting clouds are two thoughts she is working on at the moment.

Delivery Charges
The cost to deliver your order, no matter the size or weight, anywhere within Australia is $14.99 including packing & handling. It's called a 'Flat-Rate' shipping fee, and it's the most you will pay for any size order, regardless of your geographical location within Australia. And the best part of all, it's a door-to-door service which not only affordable, but convenient too!
Delivery Times
Australia is a large country geographically which means transit times can vary significantly from one location to the next. Deliveries can take anywhere between 1 and 10 days, or even more to places like Christmas Island and other similar remote areas. All orders are packed and despatched from our Ravenhall (Melbourne-based) warehouse so if the order is urgent, please consider the distance your order is required to travel prior to order placement.
Same Day Despatch
For same-day despatch, orders must be placed and paid for prior to 12:00 pm (local Melbourne time or AEST). This excludes weekends, public holidays, and peak periods during the October, November & December months.
Next-Day Delivery
Urgent, next-day* deliveries are offered to specific areas of Australia by Australia Post. Delivery areas that are covered by the Express Post Network can be viewed here. Addresses situated outside of the Express Post network may still be ordered as 'Express Post' if quicker delivery times are needed, compared to standard shipping. * Please note that additional shipping fees will apply.
Order Collection/Pickup
Orders may be collected from our warehouse (located at 2/65 Eucumbene Dr, Ravenhall Victoria). Please remember to select "Warehouse P/U" as your shipping method at the checkout. This is a free service, and you can usually collect your order from our warehouse within about an hour.
