I placed an order last week, a bit sceptical as I have never used this store before, and you just never know these days.. To my delight and amazement, the order arrived in record time and is absolutely pefect. The item is as described and exactly what I need. Definitely recommend and will be ordering from here again.

Also loved that I was kept up to date on my order via email the whole process. Fantastic store all round.

Delivery was good, ordered early Tuesday morning, delivery in my hand following Monday. Zag isn’t as dark as I thought he’d be but still perfect for new grandson. I love it that he’s washable.

I had a fault with sky gliders and the customer care was fantastic as the item was replaced and the chap could not have been more understanding

You certainly don't get that service in the dingy toy shops around Melbourne

On-line toys are the way to go !

I ordered the sand beach kingdom and all I received was 3 pounds of sand. I have emailed and call and I get some one that just tells me to be patient. So to say I am very unhappy with my order . I have asked for the rest of my order. I will never order from them again

The service I received here at Online Toys, from store manager Michael Timotic, was absolutely beyond pathetic!

I sent back a faulty Toy Story (Signature Collection) Jessie Cowgirl Doll.

She had her pull string hanging halfway down her back, and would not pull back all the way in...and she kept repeating the same phrase over and over.

Michael told me to send it back as it is faulty, and he'd replace it for me.

But that didn't happen when he received it back.

He told me that he won't replace it, because in his opinion, all of the above that I mentioned that was faulty with the doll....was apparently not faulty to him.

And this is even after he checked remaining stock of the same Jessie doll, and told me himself, that the others are not like this one.

He was so rude and ignorant! Refused to replace the doll for me, and told me not to shop here again!

How pathetic! This is not how you treat customers...with such disrespect!

Do yourself a favour and shop elsewhere!
